تفاصيل الوظيفة
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the team of Van Sales Representatives.
Develop sales strategies to expand customer base.
Monitor sales performance, set targets, and provide training/support.
Build relationships with key clients and handle bulk enquiries.
Report sales results and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager (preferably in electrical/hardware sector).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to coach, mentor, and manage a sales team.
Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting targets.
