Operations Coordinator in Jeddah

TMG Logistics is Hiring – Operations Coordinator, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Preferred Nationality: Indian (Keralite/Malayalee only)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in logistics or transport coordination

Age Limit: 30 to 35 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan daily trips and manage efficient delivery routes

2. Coordinate with drivers and monitor performance metrics

3. Oversee POSM (Point of Sale Materials) projects—including delivery, installation/removal, and site reporting

4. Ensure timely communication with teams and clients

The ideal candidate should have:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or operations coordination

2. Strong hands-on experience with POSM-related projects

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for daily reporting and tracking

4. Excellent planning, coordination, and field reporting skills

5. Fluent in English (Required); Malayalam, Arabic, and Hindi (Preferred)

6. Organized, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced operations
