Job Title: Odoo ERP Functional Consultant

Location: Bahrain

Company: A Leading IT Solutions Provider in Bahrain

We are looking for a talented and hardworking Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, hands-on Odoo experience, and the ability to learn and adapt to other ERP software. This role requires dedication, flexibility, and the willingness to support customers even after office hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Odoo modules based on client requirements

• Analyze business processes and provide effective Odoo solutions

• Conduct ERP demonstrations for customers

• Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and training materials

• Deliver customer training sessions and provide ongoing support

• Work closely with the technical team for custom features & improvements

• Participate in meetings, requirement gatherings, and client discussions

• Assist customers with ERP-related issues after office hours when needed

• Learn and adapt to new ERP systems as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Accounting knowledge (mandatory)

• Good functional understanding of major Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR, POS, CRM, Projects, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)

• Hardworking, customer-focused, and proactive

• Willingness to learn other ERP software

• Basic knowledge of GitHub

• 1–3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Additional Preferences

• Experience with Odoo Community & Enterprise versions

• Understanding of Odoo implementation lifecycle

• Knowledge of documentation tools and workflow design

• Salary will be discussed during the interview
