URGENT HIRING Architect – Method Statement Expert

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Project Type: High-Speed Mobility / Giga Public Infrastructure

✅ Key Requirements:

5-10 years proven experience in Technical Office environment

Expert in preparing, submitting & getting Method Statements approved

Strong track record working with consultants & stakeholders

Deep understanding of architectural execution sequences & finishes

Proficient in façade installation & cladding methodologies

Experience with MEP coordination & architectural integration

Ability to address site constraints & buildability issues

✔️ Knowledge of material specifications & quality standards

Understanding of waterproofing, insulation & envelope systems

Expertise in mock-up approvals & sample submissions

Strong visual presentation skills for design intent clarity

Excellent communication for MoS defense & approvals

Contract Details:

3 months initially (extendable based on project needs)

Valid Iqama + Health Insurance mandatory

Any nationality 6 days/week
