Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising maintenance and repair works.

• Follow up on building cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Coordinate with tenants and report issues to management.
• Conduct site visits and inspections when required.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the field and handle multiple tasks.
• Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in maintenance, property management, or supervision is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and communication tools.
