Metal Works ( Steel , Stainless Steel, Aluminum) Supervisor With Driving License in Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Metal Works Supervisor to oversee fabrication and installation activities related to Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum works. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage workshop and site teams while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.

A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily workshop and site fabrication activities.

Manage teams of fabricators, welders, installers, and helpers.

Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and project specifications.

Coordinate production schedules with the Operations and Projects Departments.

Ensure all fabrication works comply with approved drawings and quality requirements.

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

Conduct quality inspections before delivery and installation.

Coordinate site measurements and installation activities.

Prepare daily progress reports and manpower reports.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.

Support project managers in achieving project deadlines.
