Senior Oracle Developer

– Candidate must have at least 9 years of experience working with custom application development with a heavy emphasis on Oracle architecture, design and development.
– Solid experience in Government Resource Planning systems:
– Human Resource Management Systems
– Governmental Financial Systems
– Inventory System
– Purchasing System
– Administrative Correspondence System
– Document Management System
– Self-services employees portal

• The ability to act as business consultant
• Candidate must have an analytical, logical thought process for developing project solutions and resolution to issues
• Technical skills should include strong Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Plus and good knowledge about Database Administration
• Technical skills should include strong Oracle forms/reports (latest versions)
• Strong experience (minimum of 3 years) with some or all of the following technologies: JAVA, J2EE, XSTL, XML, XSD, JMS, SOA and/or Web Services
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills are mandatory
• Technical certifications and advanced degrees are preferred
• Lead efforts to perform gap analysis
• Design solutions to meet requirements and fully document the design
• Computer Science (or related) degree & Excellent Level In English language (speaking and writing)
