General Accountant in Jubail

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all night audit functions including billing, collections, and Sales reconciliation

• Ensure guest billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Coordinate with front office, F&B and sales teams to resolve disputes

• Prepare Daily Sales reports (early bird report) and share with the management

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial regulations

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold hotel standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in night auditing, preferably in hospitality

• Strong knowledge of hotel Property Management System ‘’PMS” (e.g., IDS, Opera)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
