We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE & Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance across transport operations while also managing accurate data entry, documentation, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and compliance in daily transport operations.

Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for drivers and staff.

Report and document incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are followed.

Support in maintaining compliance with local regulations and client EHSS standards.

Data Entry & Administration:

Accurately input daily transport operations data (trips, fuel, maintenance, expenses, etc.) into the system.

Maintain records of safety audits, driver compliance, and vehicle performance.

Prepare and share regular reports with management.

Provide administrative support for operations, including filing, document control, and correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration / Safety / Transport Management (preferred).

Prior experience in transport operations, HSE, or data entry.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management.

Familiarity with HSE regulations, safety standards, and reporting.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
