IT Support Engineer – Riyadh/Jeddah (Immediate Hiring)

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a well-known multinational professional services organization in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh / Jeddah

Nationality: Any

Experience Required: 3–6 years in IT Support / Technical Support

Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for users (hardware & software issues)

Troubleshoot network, printer, and system issues

Manage & support Active Directory, Office 365, Windows OS

Install, configure & maintain PCs, laptops, servers, and network devices

Handle system updates and IT inventory

Support internal applications & ticketing systems

Ensure smooth business-IT operations with a professional service approach

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Windows OS & Microsoft 365

Active Directory administration

Network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)

VPN & remote support tools

Printer & desktop hardware troubleshooting

Strong communication & professionalism

Ability to work in a fast-paced & corporate environment

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
