Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Accountant to lead and manage our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise and the ability to work closely with our logistics team to ensure accurate cost control and financial transparency across fleet operations.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and periodic reports.

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.

• Handle cost accounting related to logistics, fleet operations, fuel consumption, trip expenses, and route profitability.

• Coordinate with the logistics/operations team for billing, trip sheet verification, delivery reports, and expense tracking.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate posting of transactions.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation rules, and internal controls.

• Support internal/external audits and provide required documentation.

???? Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or fleet operations.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost management, and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level) and ERP/accounting software (SAP, Odoo, Zoho, Qayyoud, QuickBooks, etc.).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

• Excellent communication and coordination across departments.

⭐ Preferred:

• Previous experience working directly with logistics or transportation teams.

• Ability to join immediately or within short notice.
