Open Positions & Requirements

1. Hot Kitchen Cook (Indian Cuisine)

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes handle traditional Indian tandoor/curries and hot kitchen dishes.

Requirements: Deep understanding of authentic spices, slow-cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.

2. Grill Cook

Key Responsibilities: Marinate, prep, and grill various proteins to exact temperature and specifications (Arabic grills, tikkas, kebabs, etc.).

3. Chinese Chef

Key Responsibilities: Manage the wok station, prepare stir-fries, noodles, rice dishes, and signature sauces from scratch.

General Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in your respective role within a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen. Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus). Ability to work under pressure during peak rush hours while maintaining food quality. Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

Transferable Iqama is highly preferred.
