HVAC Sales Executive / Business Development Executive in Khobar

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Saudi Arabian HVAC market and an established network of clients within the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.

2) Promote and sell HVAC solutions, including:

a) Chiller Systems

b) VRF/VRV Systems

c) DX Systems

d) Package Units

e) AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation Systems

f) HVAC Controls & Automation Solutions

3) Develop business for HVAC spare parts, components, and related trading activities.

4) Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

5) Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

6) Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

7) Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements:

1) Proven HVAC sales experience in Saudi Arabia.

2) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, spare parts, controls, and associated equipment.

3) Existing client base and market connections within the HVAC industry.

4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5) Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

6) Ability to independently generate business and manage key accounts.
