Architectural Design Manager

‎☛ POSITION OBJECTIVE:‎
Lead and manage the architectural design team and ensure delivery of a large portfolio of ‎projects from initial vision to operation to maintain the technical quality and design Integrity ‎of all deliverables.‎
‎☛ Roles & The scope of work:‎
‎1-‎ Responsible for technical quality and design Integrity of all deliverables
‎2-‎ Review & validate the prototype PT xx design drawing Architectural, structural, ‎Interior design, landscape, civil & Electromechanical against the project MTR ‎‎(minimum technical requirement) and adopt the drawing according to the actual site ‎condition and the end user requirement.‎
‎3-‎ Provide detail design verification reports to check the safety of all buildings after apply ‎the actual site condition and reflect all architectural modification due to end user ‎requirement.‎
‎4-‎ Provide detail design drawings to reflect all modifications done on the tender ‎documents due to end user requirements and / or due to recommendations of the design ‎verification reports.‎
‎5-‎ Provide shop drawings for all buildings & site utilities
‎6-‎ Provide updated BOQ.‎

المتطلبات

• Bachelors in Architectural Engineering, required (Is a Must).‎
• Masters in Structural Engineering, preferred.‎
• Experience: (10 – 15) years of direct experience including at least (5) years in the same ‎position.‎
