ELV Technical Support in Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM, SMATV, IT networking, and intercom systems.

• Offer remote and on-site troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system issues.

• Assist in system installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful deployment of ELV solutions.

• Review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs to ensure proper implementation. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV systems.

• Integrate ELV systems with third-party platforms (e.g., VMS, HMS, BMS, ERP integrations).

• Provide technical documentation, reports, and support logs.

• Communicate with vendors/manufacturers for technical escalations or warranty support. Train end-users or client teams on system operation when required.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and best practices.

• Installation of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM, SMATV, IT networking, and intercom systems.

• Fiber Splicing, Data Cabinet installation and Patch panel installation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Computer Engineering or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in ELV systems support (CCTV, Access Control, Networking, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, and system integration.

• Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, Axis, Teltonika, etc.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.

• Ability to work independently.

• Valid driving license KSA (preferred).
