We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to oversee and manage our catering operations, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage catering events and daily operations

Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations

Supervise kitchen, service staff, and vendors

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained

Manage budgets, costing, inventory, and supplier negotiations

Train, schedule, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events

Relevant qualification in Hospitality or Catering (preferred)
