QA – QC Engineer (Civil) in Dammam

Position required: QA – QC Engineer (Civil)

Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Strong knowledge of civil construction standards and inspection practices in ARAMCO construction projects.

Good communication and documentation skills

Location: Al Hasa, Jafurah, Eastern Province.

Experience required: 5 – 8 years of experience in QA-QC Engineer (Civil) roles with Saudi ARAMCO contractors in Saudi Arabia. Experience in ARAMCO pipeline construction projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities related to QC from start to finish as per ARAMCO specifications, procedures and standards, ensuring projects are completed as per the scope, and to the required quality.

• Preparing RFIs, inspection reports, and all other documents related to QA/QC activities to get approvals from the Clients/ ARAMCO.

• Experience in cross-country pipeline construction as QA/QC Engineer (Civil).

• Coordination with client QC team to get the material approvals, site activities RFIs approvals and closing all NCRs.

• Supporting PM/CM to achieve the project goals, to complete the project within time schedule.

• Perform quality inspections for all civil construction works such as pipeline trench excavations, sand bedding, sand padding, backfilling. And other civil works of concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing works.

• Review and implement ITPs, method statements, and quality procedures.

• Ensure all civil construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Conduct material inspections and verify test results.

• Coordinate with site teams, client staff and consultants for inspections and approvals.

• Support testing, handover, and project close-out activities
