Looking For Welder, Fabricator, Mechanist Mechanical Supervisor Transfer Base in Dammam

1-Required Skills of Fabrication supervisor (Transferable Iqama)

• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes: (Structural steel, piping spools, pressure parts Plate rolling, bending, cutting, fit-up, and assembly)

• Ability to read and interpret: Isometric drawings GA drawings Fabrication shop drawings and BOMs

• Knowledge of welding processes: SMAW, GTAW

• Experience with NDT methods: RT, UT, MT, PT, VT (basic understanding and coordination)

• Dimensional control, tolerance checks, and alignment

• Ability to lead and manage fabrication crews (fitters, welders, helpers)

• Task allocation and daily work planning

• Monitoring productivity and manpower utilization

• Review and completion of (Daily fabrication reports Weld maps and traceability records

• Strong understanding of HSE requirements

• Familiar with lathe machine, milling machine, rolling machine, drill machines, Plasma / oxy-fuel cutting machine

• 7– 10 years of fabrication experience in Process industry and workshop/ Fabrication shop

2-Required Skills of Fabricator (Transferable Iqama)

• Reading and interpretation of Fabrication drawings, Structural and piping drawings, Isometric drawings

• Marking, cutting, and fit-up of materials: Plates, pipes, beams, channels

• Operation of fabrication tools: Oxy-fuel / plasma cutting, Grinding and edge preparation

• Fit-up for welding (Proper root gap, alignment, squareness)

• Knowledge of fabrication tolerances

• Ability to follow approved WPS

• Fabrication of: Pipe spools, supports, frames, skids, Tanks, platforms, handrails

• Safe handling of tools and materials

• Knowledge of HSE rules and PPE usage

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Process industry and workshop / fabrication shop

3-Required Skills of Machinist (Transferable Iqama)

• Ability to operate conventional machines: Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Boring machines

• Reading and interpretation of: Mechanical drawings Tolerances, fits, surface finish symbols

• Precision machining of: Shafts, bushes, flanges, couplings, sleeve

• Understanding of materials: Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, Aluminum, bronze

• Ability to maintain dimensional accuracy within tolerances

• Knowledge of safe work practices

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Process industry / Machine shop operations

4-Required skills of Multi Welder (Transferable Iqama)

• Knowledge of welding processes, SMAW and GTAW welding

• Welding experience on: Carbon steel, stainless steel, Dairy pipe

• Experience in: Piping welding, Structural steel welding Skids, pipe racks, supports, frames.

• Experience in Shop fabrication and site welding

• Identification and prevention of welding defects

• Ability to read and follow: Approved WPS, Weld maps and isometrics

• Knowledge of safe work practices

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Process industry / Welding processes
