Tendering & Procurement Coordinator in Jubail

Job Description:

A growing industrial services company in Jubail is seeking a highly organized and efficient Tendering & Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the full cycle of RFQs for manpower supply and oversee the procurement process for civil and mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, analyze, and price RFQs for manpower supply to ensure competitive bidding.

Procure materials, equipment, and resources for site projects by sourcing and negotiating with vendors.

Create comparison sheets to ensure cost-efficiency and quality for all purchases.

Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery of all project site requirements.

Adhere strictly to corporate financial policies regarding the processing of receipts and payments.

Maintain strong communication with clients and vendors to support project operational flow.

Requirements:

Transferable Iqama is mandatory (Candidates must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia).

Proven experience in procurement or tendering, preferably in the industrial/oil & gas sector.

Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
