Job: Carpentry Workshop Foreman (Indian)

A leading carpentry and furniture manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Carpentry Workshop Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage daily workshop operations and workforce.
* Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Assign tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and technicians.
* Maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely completion of projects.
* Coordinate with management, designers, and installation teams.
* Monitor material usage and report workshop requirements.
* Enforce safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment.

Requirements:

* Minimum 7 years of experience in Oman or the GCC region as a Foreman in a carpentry, joinery, or furniture manufacturing workshop.
* Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven experience in the production of kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and custom woodwork.
* Knowledge of woodworking machinery, CNC operations, and workshop processes.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
