Urgent Requirements-A.C Technician 5 Persons-Nationality Indian Or Bangladesh Prepared in Khobar

Duties and responsibilities

• New Equipment Setup: Assemble and install new AC units (like split systems, window units, or central air) according to manufacturer guidelines and building codes.

• Electrical & Wiring: Connect motors, compressors, and thermostats to power sources, ensuring safe and accurate voltage.

• Ductwork & Vents: Install or repair ductwork and vents to ensure proper, unobstructed airflow throughout the building

• Routine Inspections: Carry out seasonal tune-ups, such as cleaning filters, washing coils, and clearing condensation drain lines.

• System Testing: Check electrical connections, measure voltage and amperage, and verify system performance.

• Refrigerant Checks: Monitor and calibrate refrigerant levels to ensure optimal cooling capacity without causing leaks

• Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools (like manifold gauges and multimeters) to identify electrical, mechanical, or refrigerant-related faults

• Component Replacement: Repair or swap out broken parts such as capacitors, fan motors, contactors, and compressors.

• Leak Detection & Brazing: Locate and seal leaks in the refrigerant lines, vacuum the system, and safely recharge it with the correct gas

• Client Communication: Explain the mechanical issues clearly to clients, providing accurate cost estimates and options for repair versus replacement

• Documentation: Keep accurate, daily logs of service calls, parts used, and maintenance checks to maintain service history records

• Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety guidelines (such as Lockout/Tagout procedures) and handle refrigerants per environmental protection regulations

Qualification

• Certified AC Technician with training and certification in installation, maintenance, and repair of Air conditioning systems/AC Technician/Air Condition technician/Refrigeration maintenance/Gas Charging and Leakage detection, Compressor repair and replacement/cooling system service

• Transferable iqama Valid not expired

• Join immediately
