Electrical Technician Needed For Aramco Refinery In Jizan in Jizan

Hiring a Qualified Electrical technician

Experience in Aramco – Oil & Gas / Refinery / petrochemical Plants.

Job Purpose

To perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities on electrical systems and equipment within the Sulfur Forming Unit (SFU), ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation.

Maintenance Activities

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on

electrical equipment and systems within the Sulfur Forming Unit.

Electrical Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain and troubleshoot Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical

systems, including switchgear, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), transformers,

distribution panels, and associated protection systems.

Troubleshooting and Fault Diagnosis

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults, short circuits, earth faults, equipment

failures, and power distribution abnormalities.

Testing and Inspection

• Conduct insulation resistance testing (Megger tests) on motors, transformers,

cables, and electrical equipment.

Safety, Health, and Environmental Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), isolation, and

energy control procedures.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in

petrochemical, refinery, sulfur processing, fertilizer, power generation, or similar heavy industrial facilities.

• Experience with electrical systems in hazardous and classified areas.

echnical Competencies

• Knowledge of LV and MV electrical systems.

• Electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

• Motor, MCC, transformer, and VFD maintenance.
