Urgent Requirements Of Junior Planning Engineer (Filipinos) in Dammam

Al Moallam Company (CJSC) is looking for a full-time experienced Junior Planning Engineers who are locally available (Filipino Nationalities). Candidates should have the following:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the same field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.

Assist in preparing baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project calendars.

Update project schedules based on site progress and resource availability.

Monitor project progress against the approved baseline schedule.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and other stakeholders to collect progress data.

Identify schedule delays and assist in analyzing their causes and impacts.

Support resource loading, productivity tracking, and progress measurement.

Maintain planning documentation and project records.

Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates.

Assist in preparing recovery plans and revised schedules when required.

Ensure planning activities comply with company procedures and project requirements.
