Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Drilling Helper to assist our Geotechnical team in field operations. The selected candidate will support the driller in operating rigs, handling drilling tools, and performing sampling and SPT work safely and efficiently at site.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Drilling Operator during borehole drilling and sampling.

Help in setting up drilling equipment, rods, and casings.

Support in conducting Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) and collecting soil samples.

Prepare and mix bentonite or other drilling fluids when required.

Maintain site cleanliness and ensure proper handling of tools and samples.

Follow all safety procedures and site instructions.

Qualifications:

Basic education (High school or equivalent).

Experience working with drilling rigs or in geotechnical/water well projects preferred.

Ability to work outdoors under different field conditions.

Physically fit and willing to assist in all drilling activities.

Benefits:

Competitive salary 1300+ overtime but time flexibility not fix 8-hours may be less
