Logistics Coordinator in Dammam

*Role Summary:-

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain logistics, ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement, storage, and distribution of goods from origin to destination. This role is pivotal in optimizing procedures and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:-

Coordination & Monitoring: Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistical operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.

Shipment Management: Arrange and track shipments (inbound and outbound) to ensure on-time delivery, preparing and verifying all necessary shipping and customs documentation.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Inventory & Storage: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock placement, and utilize logistics software to optimize storage space and procedures.

Reporting & Optimization: Prepare accurate reports on logistics performance, costs, and productivity, and proactively identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards (e.g., import/export, transportation laws).

*Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Proficiency in English, Arabic & Hindi languages.

Diploma or Equivalent certificate holder

Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or coordination role.

Proficiency with logistics/ERP (Odoo) software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Detail-oriented with a capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary Package 3k to 3.5k
