Job Description

We are urgently looking for a skilled Ramming Machine Operator to join our solar power project team. The candidate should have hands-on experience operating hydraulic or pneumatic pile/ramming machines used for mounting structure installation in ground-mount solar plants.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain pile driving / ramming machines safely and efficiently.

Ensure correct alignment, depth, and positioning as per project drawings.

Conduct routine maintenance and report machine performance issues.

Work with the civil/construction team to meet daily installation targets.

Follow all safety and quality procedures at the site.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Ramming Machine Operator (preferably in solar or infrastructure projects).

Valid Iqama

Absher approval preferred for site entry.

Physically fit and ready for immediate joining.
