Project Manager – Structural (Plant Construction) in Jubail

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Structural) to oversee and coordinate structural works for an industrial plant project located in Hawayah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing site activities, ensuring project milestones are achieved safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise structural project activities at the plant site.

Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Manage daily site operations, schedules, and manpower allocation.

Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management and clients.

Identify risks and implement corrective actions when needed.

Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in structural project management, preferably in plant or industrial construction.

Proven experience working with Saudi Aramco or similar major clients is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Excellent understanding of safety and quality procedures in plant environments.

Must be available for long-term engagement in Hawiyah.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: 60 SAR/hour

Contract Type: Long-term (renewable based on performance)

Working Hours: As per site requirements
