Reception Security is the first contact at the compound gate or reception. You welcome people, check who they are, and make sure only allowed visitors can enter. You help keep the compound safe and organized.

Main Duties:

– Welcome residents and visitors politely

– Check IDs and confirm permission before allowing entry

– Keep simple written logs of visitors, vehicles, and deliveries

– Answer basic questions and guide people to the right place

– Watch the entrance area and report anything suspicious

– Support in emergencies by informing the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

– Must be available to join immediately

– Minimum 2 years experience in hotel, residential compound, or similar field

– English writing and communication skills are a must

– Able to write clear visitor and incident logs in English

– Knowledge of basic computer skills

– Willing to work in shifts
