3D Designer – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our growing fit-out team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to transform concepts into detailed visual presentations and working drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop high-quality 3D designs, visualizations, and renderings for interior fit-out projects.
– Prepare detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation based on approved 3D designs.
– Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site teams to ensure design requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
– Conduct site visits when required and provide design solutions to project-related challenges.
– Monitor project execution to ensure the final work is carried out according to the approved design and specifications.
– Review materials, finishes, and construction details to maintain design quality and project standards.
– Revise and update designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
– Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design software.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in interior fit-out design and project coordination.
– Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design and rendering software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar platforms.
– Strong knowledge of preparing detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
– Good understanding of fit-out materials, construction methods, and site execution processes.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
