Electrical Maintenance Supervisor – Aluminium Industry in Manama

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities.

• Ensure proper functioning of plant electrical systems, machinery, motors, and control panels.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate timely repairs.

• Lead and manage maintenance technicians and support teams.

• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure minimal production downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance procedures.

• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with production and operations departments for maintenance planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum experience in aluminium industry or heavy industrial environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting.

• Experience in supervising maintenance teams.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and safety procedures.

• GCC industrial experience is an advantage.
