Purchasing Supervisor – 5 Star Hotel (Al Baha) in Al Baha

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Supervisor to join a 5-star hotel in Al Baha, responsible for overseeing procurement operations, supplier management, cost control, and compliance in coordination with the Financial Controller and Hotel Management.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of hotel purchasing/procurement experience

Recent hotel experience is mandatory (pre-opening experience is a strong advantage)

Candidate must be currently inside Saudi Arabia

Strong knowledge of hotel procurement procedures, controls, and contracts

Experience with purchase management systems or ERP (Opera, SUN / Oracle, or similar)

Good negotiation and communication skills, ability to work with all departments

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all purchasing activities in coordination with the Financial Controller

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement

Maintain proper stock levels and manage inventory for all hotel departments

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and local regulations

Prepare purchase reports, budgets, and cost analysis

Train, supervise, and evaluate purchasing team members

Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships

Coordinate with all departments to meet operational requirements
