Finance Manager – Group & Centralized Finance

An international organization is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead its Centralized Finance Department and oversee financial operations across a group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control centralized finance operations for multiple group entities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the group

• Ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements and group reporting

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance across companies

• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders

• Develop and implement strong financial controls, policies, and procedures

• Support senior management with strategic financial analysis and decision-making

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager within a group or holding company structure

• Strong background in centralized finance operations

• Experience handling multiple companies/entities simultaneously

• Solid knowledge of financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance

• Professional qualification (BS in Finance, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience in an international or multinational organization is an advantage
