Position: Warehouse Incharge

Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.

Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation, and stock reconciliation.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely replenishment.

Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound goods.

Implement and enforce warehouse policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety regulations.

Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations.

Prepare reports on inventory, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics management experience.

Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse systems.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.

Experience in FMCG, retail, perfume, or manufacturing industries (advantage).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
