We’re Hiring: Project Management Office – PMO

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Riyadh as part of the Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, meet organizational standards, and align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of ongoing projects across various departments.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project dashboards, reports, and performance indicators.

• Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Enforce project governance standards, policies, and documentation requirements.

• Track and analyze project risks, issues, and dependencies, recommending mitigation strategies.

• Assist in project budgeting, financial tracking, and cost forecasting.

• Coordinate communication between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.

• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes in both English and Arabic.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes.

• Support change management initiatives and lessons-learned documentation.

• Facilitate project review and progress meetings with management and stakeholders.

• Provide administrative and analytical support to project managers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.

• 4–8 years of proven experience in PMO, project coordination, or project control roles.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).

• Professional command over English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, and MS Office applications.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
