We’re Hiring – Cost Enginner/Contract/Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Commercial Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in administering and managing contracts across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and providing commercial support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage contracts across multiple construction projects from award to close-out

Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure compliance

Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence, variations, and claims

Provide commercial and contractual advice to project managers and senior management

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and legal teams on contract-related issues

Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial exposure from a contractual perspective

Assist in dispute resolution and risk management strategies

Support procurement and subcontract administration as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline

7–10 years of proven experience in contract administration/commercial management within the construction industry

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a contracting company, handling contracts and claims

Mandatory experience in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of local regulations and practices

Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential

Solid knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
