Warehouse Supervisor in Riyadh

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures.

• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.

• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, shipping, and logistics.

• Manage equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

• Train new staff and provide ongoing development to team members.

• Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or operational delays.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

• Warehouse operations experience for minimum 3 years.

• Ability to use MS-Office tools, ERP such as SAP, AX, Oracle etc..

• Language: English, Arabic is preferred.
