External soft services inspector

Purpose of this job is to oversee        the custodial aspects of all project buildings and commercial areas within the responsibility. This includes supervising custodial service contractors and ensuring all project premises are maintained, cleaned and serviced as per agreed scope and schedules and up to the required standards at all times.
1.To ensure the disposal is environmentally sound.
2.To create and implemented systems in order to reduce waste by incineration, solidification or compaction
3.To understand the regulations involved when working in waste management.
4. It is necessary to possess skills in analysing eradication and carcinogens methods. Communication skills are also important for liaising with local agencies to be able to identify and solve present and future issues
5. Analysing statistics on waste levels.
6. Monitoring service of local waste collection.
7. making sure all chute rooms are working probably and report to custodial services any update information about it.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with external parties and utilize internal resources or systems for better usage of resources.
• Relevant industry experience is preferable.
• Knowledge and experience of cleaning operations on a significant scale.
