Production Floor Supervisor in Makkah

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Floor Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the manufacturing floor.

Ensure production schedules and output targets are met efficiently.

Monitor workforce performance and provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.

Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Implement and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping regulations.

Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.

Prepare daily production reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize waste.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
