Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing manpower, and ensuring that civil works are executed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site

Manage site workers, subcontractors, and materials efficiently

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications

Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance

Coordinate with engineers and project management for smooth execution

Report site progress and resolve construction issues promptly

Requirements:

5 to 10 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision

Age not more than 45 years old

Any nationality is welcome to apply

Must have a valid and transferable Iqama

Must be available for immediate transfer upon selection
