HIRING: Business Development Manager Location: Oman (Muscat preferred) Industry: Multi-Sector (Food Services Technology Automobile) Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across multiple business sectors. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across Oman. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking. Lead proposals, tenders, and bids in compliance with local regulations and Omanization requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Manage sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and ensure high client satisfaction. Set KPIs, guide business development and sales teams, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams on market strategies and campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitors, and risks; prepare regular performance reports. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and local legal requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in Oman. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Solid knowledge of the Oman market (Muscat preferred). Strategic mindset, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
