Duration Long Term

Work Location: Riyadh Project.

Position: Civil QC Inspector

Qty: 1 Person

Project: Upgrade SRU Project – Riyadh Refinery (RSRU)

Client: Saudi Aramco

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Hire Duration: 6 Months (can be extended if required

Mobilization: Immediate / As per project schedule

Minimum Qualification & Certification Requirements (Saudi Aramco Standards):

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution

• Saudi Aramco approved / experienced Civil QC Inspector (Aramco projects mandatory)

• Valid Saudi Aramco SAP number (preferred)

• Certification in QC / QA practices (ISO 9001 awareness)

• Sound knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), GI, SATIP, and Schedule Q requirements

• Strong familiarity with ACI, ASTM, BS, and ISO standards relevant to civil works

• Ability to review and implement ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, method statements, and inspection reports

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of total experience in civil construction

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Aramco projects, preferably in Refinery / Oil & Gas EPC projects

• Proven experience in:

o Concrete works, foundations, piling, and structural concrete

o Reinforcement inspection and formwork

o Grouting, non-shrink grout, and anchor bolts

o Civil finishing and industrial civil works

• Experience in SRU / refinery / process plant projects will be a strong advantage

Scope of Services:

• Conduct inspections as per approved ITPs and Saudi Aramco standards

• Coordinate with Contractor, Client, and Third-Party Inspectors

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality plans

• Preparation and review of inspection reports and quality documentation
