Job Role: We are looking for a professional and friendly Fine Dining Waiter to join our team. In this role, you will welcome guests, explain our high-end menu, and serve food and drinks. Your goal is to

provide an excellent, polished dining experience that makes our guests feel special.

Key Duties & Qualifications

1. Welcome guests warmly – Greet customers with a smile and guide them to their tables

in a polite manner.

2. Explain the menu – Describe dishes, list ingredients, and help guests choose meals

based on their tastes.

3. Take orders accurately – Write down food and drink orders correctly and send them to

the kitchen quickly.

4. Serve food and drinks – Carry plates and glasses carefully, serving them from the

correct side with professional etiquette.

5. Keep tables clean – Clear away empty plates, clean crumbs, and reset tables promptly

for the next guests.

6. Check on guests – Visit tables during the meal to make sure guests have everything

they need and are happy.

7. Process payments – Prepare accurate bills and handle cash or card transactions safely

and politely.

8. Experience (Qualification) – At least 1 year of experience working as a waiter in a

fine dining or high-quality restaurant.

9. Knowledge (Qualification) – Good understanding of fine food, wine, and professional

table service rules.

10. Skills (Qualification) – Strong English speaking skills, a neat and clean appearance,

and a friendly, respectful attitude.
