Job Description – Chinese Translator (Mandarin–English)

Location: Al Hassa / Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Project: Master Gas Expansion Project (MGEP)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chinese Translator (Mandarin–English) to support communication between Chinese EPC contractors, project teams, and client representatives. The role involves providing accurate oral interpretation and written translation for technical, engineering, and administrative documents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Mandarin–English interpretation during meetings and site activities.

Translate engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and project documentation.

Facilitate communication between Chinese personnel and project teams.

Support HR, procurement, and project administration with translation requirements.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of translated documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum 3–5 years of translation experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Construction projects.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Experience on Saudi Aramco or major industrial projects is an advantage.

Transferable Iqama (preferred) and available to join immediately.
