Urgent Hiring – IT Support Technician (Temporary – 1 Month) in Hoora

Position: IT Support Technician

Job Type: Full-Time (Temporary – 1 Month)

Location: Bahrain

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team on a full-time temporary basis for one month.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop and laptop hardware/software support.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.

Install and configure Microsoft Office and other business applications.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).

Configure and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Perform user account setup and password resets.

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues.

Install and configure antivirus software and Windows updates.

Provide on-site technical support and user assistance.

Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.

Maintain service records and report issues to the project supervisor.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of IT support experience.

Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
