About Us:

We are a growing plastic manufacturing company based in Riyadh producing Calcium Filler Masterbatch for the plastic industry.

As a small and fast-growing factory, we operate with a lean team and are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual who can support daily accounts, invoicing, purchasing coordination, and administrative operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and working closely with management in a practical factory environment.

Role Objective:

To manage daily accounting entries, invoicing, payment follow-ups, purchasing coordination, and Zoho Books updates, allowing management to focus on business growth and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks

Create customer invoices in Zoho Books

Issue delivery notes & receipt vouchers

Enter supplier bills and expenses

Record payments and collections

Follow up outstanding payments with customers

Maintain petty cash and expense tracking

Update accounting records in Zoho Books

Weekly Tasks

Prepare purchase orders

Coordinate with suppliers for materials

Update inventory/stock entries

Reconcile bank transactions

Share customer/supplier statements

Monthly Tasks

Prepare reports for VAT filing

Support payroll processing

Assist with inventory reconciliation

Generate basic reports (P&L, expenses, cash flow)

Coordinate with external accountant for month-end closing

Requirements:

Experience

1–3 years accounting or admin experience

Experience in trading, manufacturing, or small business preferred

Skills (Important)

Knowledge of Zohobook or similar accounting software

Basic accounting knowledge (invoices, bills, reconciliation)

Good Excel skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Able to handle multiple tasks independently

Comfortable working in factory/operations environment

Language

English (required)

Arabic (preferred)

Salary: SAR 4,500 per month (total package)
