Job Opening: Cost Accountant (Foodics & Data Analytics Specialist) in Riyadh

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Salary Range: SAR 4,000 – 5,000 (Transferable Iqama required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy Cost Accountant who goes beyond traditional bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will leverage Foodics RMS and Advanced Excel (Power Query) to provide deep insights into our COGS, inventory movements, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Automated Reporting: Utilize Excel Power Query to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Foodics for streamlined weekly reporting.

• COGS & Variance Analysis: Monitor theoretical vs. actual food costs, identifying exactly where leakages occur (theft, waste, or over-portioning).

• Data Visualization: Create visual dashboards (Pivot Charts/Power BI) to present inventory trends and margin fluctuations to management.

• Inventory Life Cycle: Manage the full cycle of inventory—from PO issuance and GRN to internal transfers and final depletion.

• Recipe Engineering: Audit Foodics “Bills of Materials” (BOM) to ensure ingredient costs reflect current market prices.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Foodics Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of the Foodics Inventory and Menu modules.

• Advanced Excel: Must be proficient in Power Query (M language knowledge is a plus) for handling large datasets.

• Data Visualization: Proven ability to turn raw data into clean, actionable charts and dashboards.

• Experience: 2+ years in Saudi F&B Costing with a solid grasp of Saudi ZATCA requirements.

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.
