Main Job Responsibilities

• Manages the operational aspects of the packaging department, ensuring the reliability of various equipment such as the Bag Line Machine, Palletizing, Stretch Wrapping machine.

• Operates the Bagging Machine, Palletizing and Stretch wrapping machine and printer (Inkjet Printers)

• Inspects bag seals, evaluates bag stacking quality in Palletizing, and assesses equipment condition to ensure high-quality products and prolong equipment lifespan.

• Conducts routine checks, inspections, and adjustments on packaging equipment and materials to guarantee continuous operations.

• Adhere to production timelines and complete assigned tasks on schedule.

• Accurately record production data, machine performance, and any technical issues encountered.

• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.

• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
