The Role

We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out Draftsman for a full-time position in Riyadh. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and site execution by creating detailed, flawless technical drawings. You will collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and site engineers to ensure all fit-out elements are executable and meet local compliance standards.

What You’ll Do

– Produce Technical Drawings: Develop detailed shop drawings, section details, joinery layouts, and MEP coordination plans for interior fit-out projects.

– Review Design Concepts: Translate 2D concepts and 3D renderings into highly accurate production and construction documentation.

– Coordinate on Site: Conduct site visits to take precise physical measurements and verify that drawings match actual site conditions.

– Ensure Quality Control: Review and refine drawings to eliminate structural errors, material conflicts, and alignment discrepancies before fabrication.

– Manage Documentation: Maintain structured drawing logs, track revisions, and issue timely updates to site teams and subcontractors.

What You Bring

– Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience as a draftsman specifically within the interior fit-out or joinery sector.

– Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); hands-on experience with Revit or SketchUp is a strong advantage.

– Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior fit-out materials, joinery detailing, ceiling layouts, and flooring systems.

– Local Knowledge: Prior experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

– Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a valuable asset.
