Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a practical and reliable Project Manager to manage ongoing villa landscaping and external works projects.

The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, schedules, quality, and client requirements. The candidate must be comfortable taking responsibility for projects and ensuring work progresses properly from start to completion.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Manage landscaping, hardscape, civil, irrigation, lighting, pool, and external works.

Prepare project schedules and daily work plans.

Coordinate workers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure materials and manpower are available when required.

Monitor quality and resolve site issues before they cause delays or rework.

Track project costs, quantities, progress, and pending items.

Communicate professionally with clients and provide regular updates.

Send daily site reports with photos, completed work, blockers, and next steps.

Ensure projects are completed on time and properly handed over.

Previous experience managing villa, landscaping, construction, or external works projects.

Strong practical knowledge of site execution.

Ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple trades.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on commitments.

Valid Bahrain driving licence preferred.

Must be available to join immediately or soon.
