Manage and oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations within the facilities and camp.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of rooms, common areas, dining area, and recreational facilities.
Develop schedules procedures & quality control measures.
Monitor inventory & control supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client requirements.
Handle guest concerns & ensure smooth resolution.
Prepare reports on performance, manpower and operational needs.
Lead, train & motivate housekeeping and laundry teams.
